My name is Yuka. I am a certified Macrobiotic Consultant, Waldorf Educator, Feng Shui Practitioner, Lightworker, and a mother of my beautiful children.

I offer personalized macrobiotic diet consultations and holistic lifestyle guidance to support balance, healing, and long-term well-being.

I provide in-person macrobiotic consultations in Nelson, British Columbia, and online macrobiotic counseling via Zoom for clients anywhere in the world.

Macrobiotics has been a guiding light in my life since the early 1990s. Through balancing yin and yang in daily living, I have experienced how profoundly food, environment, and mindful rhythm influence our physical health, emotional well-being, and vitality.

As a mother and Lightworker, I hold space gently and intuitively, supporting each person’s unique healing journey with compassion, presence, and deep respect.

Authentic Macrobiotic Training & Traditional Foundations

Macrobiotics originated in Japan and was shared globally by teachers such as George Ohsawa and Michio Kushi. I feel deeply grateful to have studied at:
